A leading construction company is seeking a skilled professional to manage subcontractors and estimate budgets for electrical and associated systems in projects. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of construction management experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience required.
• Seven plus years estimating and/or managing projects similar to governmental DoD, correctional-type projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical and associated sub-system subcontractors.
• Reviews electrical and associated sub-system requirements within government RFPs.
• Manages schedule/priorities to meet various bid dates and deadlines.
• Develops budgetary estimates for projects.
• Coordinates bid solicitations for electrical systems subcontractors and vendors.

Education

High school diploma/GED
