Responsibilities

• Prepares complete cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Develops scopes of work for trades and analyzes subcontractor proposals.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications

Proficiency in construction estimating software

Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy

Education
