Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED with ten years of construction management experience required.
• Four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering preferred.
• Current Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and understand government RFPs/bid documents.
• Manage schedule/priorities to meet various bid deadlines.
• Provide pre-bid engagement with the design team for design-build projects.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes during the bid process.
