Qualifications
- 5 years of estimating experience preferred or 15 years relevant construction experience.
- Experience in multiple markets including Manufacturing and Healthcare.
- Estimator experience in Design-Build and CMAR project delivery methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead construction cost estimates at progressive design stages.
- Assist with project construction budgeting and procurement.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction leadership and operation teams.
