You will analyze blueprints, specs, and other docs, consult with clients, vendors, and engineers, and develop estimates to support bid decisions.

This role requires strong take-off, proposal writing, and communication with subcontractors. A track record in estimating for MEP or piping projects and proficiency with estimation software and MS

Qualificações

• Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for mechanical projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, engineers, and contractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and estimation software.

Responsabilidades

• Collect historical cost data and prepare estimates for current/future projects.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to estimate time, materials, and labor.
• Prepare proposals and scope letters; attend pre-bid meetings and scope clarifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams; maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure documents are stored in the estimating folders and support project managers with pricing changes.
