McGraw Kokosing, a leading MEP and industrial maintenance contractor based in Middletown, OH, is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to manage estimates for large-scale projects. The role focuses on piping with secondary scopes in structural and boilermaker work.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely bids. Ideal candidates hold a ME or CM degree, 2+ years of estimating experience (or 5+ years in mechanical construction), and familiarity with HCSS or similar

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience or 5+ years of applicable experience in mechanical construction.
• Familiarity with HCSS or similar estimating software and strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, organize and coordinate opportunities.
• Review bid documents for completeness, address risks with leadership.
• Attend bid meetings/site walkthroughs to verify scope documents.
• Set up the estimate, schedule, responsibility matrix, and coordinate with team members.
• Ensure pricing reflects current labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Lead internal estimate reviews and prepare bid documents for submittal.
• Mentor and assist career development of other team members.
