Job summary

You will bring 10+ years of estimating experience, proficiency with Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Grew experience as an Estimator for 10+ years with increasing scope and responsibility in construction.
• Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Possesses a degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Chartered or on the path to RICS, CEP or CPE; candidates welcomed to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Thrives on building strong relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Be experienced in MEP scope within mission-critical or data center projects.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
