Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Strong skills reading drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Ability to compile accurate materials, equipment, and labor cost summaries.
• Understanding of construction field conditions and project schedules.
• Experience with Quickpen/Autobid preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, evaluate, and prepare bid proposals for general contractors and owners.
• Read drawings, specs, and bid documents to summarize costs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet project requirements and schedule.
• Use Quickpen/Autobid to create detailed estimates.
