Job summary

Peloton’s Hardware team seeks a senior mechanical engineering leader to recruit and mentor a high-performing group of engineers in Woodinville, WA. You will blend technical rigor with empathetic leadership, setting engineering standards and guiding cross-functional teams from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in mechanical design engineering with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record guiding teams from concept to launch and defining release processes.
• Strong foundation in manufacturing methods: injection molding, stamping, welding, casting, machining.
• Experience with FEA, power transmission, or QMS is a plus.
