Job summary
Peloton's Hardware team in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Mechanical Design to lead a high-performing group of engineers from concept through launch. You will recruit, mentor, and drive engineering excellence across PLM, DFM, and design tooling while collaborating with Electrical, Firmware, Quality, Operations, and Industrial Design.
You will partner with Program Management and Manufacturing to hit milestones, manage supplier relationships, and scale complex
Qualifications
- 12+ years in mechanical design engineering with 4+ years leading teams.
- Strong background in manufacturing methods (injection molding, stamping, welding).
- Experience guiding products from concept to launch.
- Good written and spoken English with coaching mentality.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing mechanical engineering team.
- Establish engineering standards and improve product development workflows.
- Collaborate with PM, Quality, Industrial Design and Manufacturing to hit milestones.
- Engage with suppliers and contract manufacturers across the product lifecycle.
