Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in product development with 3+ years in a Quality role for complex electro-mechanical products.
• Experience with NPI cycles and driving quality improvements during development.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through critical quality issues.
• Ability to develop specs and test plans, translating results to field predictions.
• Strong skills in statistical data analysis and quality tools (DOE/GR&R/CPk).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-functional teams through early risk assessments and test plans.
• Drive alignment across Supplier Quality, Field Quality, Reliability, and Safety.
• Lead cross-functional response to critical quality escalations to closure.
• Define and audit quality processes at FATP sites to meet targets.
• Develop predictive models to estimate warranty rates from field data.
• Communicate risks, mitigations, and next steps to leadership.
• Influence partners to implement field quality improvements.
• This role requires domestic and international travel up to 30%.
