• Strong foundation in core manufacturing methods: injection molding, sheet metal stamping, welding, casting, machining.
• Exposure to FEA, drive systems, and quality management frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English with coaching and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top engineering talent and mentor team members through 1:1s and growth plans.
• Establish engineering standards and refined product development workflows.
• Collaborate with PM, Quality, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing to hit milestones.
• Engage with suppliers and manufacturers across lifecycle to realize complex mechanisms.
