Job summary

Peloton seeks a Product Line Architect to lead hardware initiatives across Bike, Tread, or Row, reporting to the Director of Product Line Architecture. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements for design, test, and manufacturing teams.

In this role you’ll drive program direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, advocate manufacturability and quality, and travel internationally to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product development experience with multiple launches.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with electro-mechanical machinery and metal/plastic parts.
• Knowledge of ODM, JDM, and CM partnerships.
• Ability to travel internationally for program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop program direction for Peloton HW initiatives aligned with PMs and execs.
• Monitor and adjust program strategies with cross-functional leadership.
• Promote collaboration with contract OEMs and joint development manufacturers.
• Advocate Design for Manufacturing and Lean Engineering.
• Develop Product and Engineering Requirements Documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and execute master test plans.
• Develop and manage hardware team priorities.
• Evaluate resource needs with cross-functional managers.
• Ensure quality and PDP process adherence.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusion are incorporated in designs.
