Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• PE license strongly preferred; experience stamping/approval of designs.
• 12+ years in mechanical engineering with mission-critical projects.
• 5+ years in leadership with teams, budgets, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and standards for mechanical engineering services across projects.
• Lead engineering teams, PMs, and designers to deliver on time and budget.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, calculations, specs, and QA/QC.
• Enforce design standards, docs, and code-compliant frameworks.
• Partner with internal and external teams to align with project goals.
• Serve as executive contact for mechanical scope and client relationships.
• Mentor engineers and drive recruitment and development.
• Track metrics on design quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of sustainable, resilient mechanical solutions.
