TYLin in Washington State seeks a lead engineering professional to grow the wastewater discipline in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead technical leadership, project management, and business development for projects related to wastewater infrastructure, guiding teams through design, studies, and client engagement.

Applicants should have 10+ years of experience, a PE license in Washington (or ability to obtain), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 4 years in project/program management roles.
• Experience in wastewater linear infrastructure and facilities design.
• Ability to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team and manage client relations.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership and mentor staff.
• Oversee project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
• Lead business development and client engagement for wastewater opportunities.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants.
