TYLin seeks a Senior Engineer/Project Manager to join the New York Water team. You will lead planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and climate resiliency projects in the New York region, reporting to the Program Director and coordinating with utilities and project staff.

Candidates should have 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater design, a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and PE licensure preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in water and wastewater design and construction services for municipal clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; PE licensure preferred.
• Proven ability to develop design and construction contract documents for complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities on project teams.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and oversee wastewater and water facilities and climate resiliency projects.
• Prepare design and construction documents and cost estimates.
• Review engineering designs, bid packages, and Statements of Work.
• Support grant writing, funding procurement, and business development.
