TYLin is seeking a lead engineering professional to join our Water team in Washington State. You will lead and grow the wastewater discipline in the Pacific Northwest, provide technical leadership, project management, and drive business development for linear and facilities infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, oversee design quality, manage budgets and contracts, and pursue opportunities with municipal and industrial clients.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 4 years in project/program management roles.
• Design of wastewater linear infrastructure and facilities or related systems.
• WA PE license required; additional PE licenses preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and business development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor staff to support growth of the wastewater practice.
• Oversee design quality and perform QC reviews.
• Lead project execution, manage budgets, scopes and client invoicing.
• Develop regional strategic plans and pursue municipal/industrial opportunities.
