Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects in our fast-growing Philadelphia region. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and drive client satisfaction through technical excellence and clear communication.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 8+ years of delivery experience, and a proven ability to win new business while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE designation required.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and engineering design of complex water/wastewater assignments with hydraulic calculations.
• Lead multiple technical assignments and manage teams within schedule and budget.
• Identify opportunities for business development and client relationship building.
• Plan staff workload and career development to maximise efficiency and engagement.
