Qualifications

• Hands-on Mechanical Engineer capable of solving complex equipment challenges.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience leading capital projects, installations, and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, improve, and optimize mechanical and hydraulic systems across the facility.
• Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to boost uptime and efficiency.
• Support melting/steelmaking equipment, upgrades, and installations.
• Provide engineering for large baghouse and environmental systems to ensure compliance.
• Manage projects from concept through installation and commissioning.
