Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of petrochemical, refining, or related industry experience.
• Broad experience in plant maintenance, operating, inspection, reliability, and project practices.
• Possess or ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 30% domestically with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical scope development and execution for capital projects.
• Review mechanical project scope, design basis, process conditions, and execution strategies for alignment with objectives and codes.
• Review and provide technical guidance on pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, piping systems, and related scope.
• Review deliverables for completeness, technical adequacy, constructability, and compliance with Phillips 66 requirements.
• Support QA over mechanical deliverables to verify design meet site expectations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure mechanical scope integrates with the overall project.
