You will combine hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking to support long‑term reliability goals across complex systems. You will lead design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, assess equipment criticality, monitor reliability indicators, and perform root cause

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional engineering experience in Energy or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability support for fixed equipment at the refinery.
• Lead design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Develop asset strategies to improve reliability and performance.
• Monitor reliability metrics and analyze data to reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement.
