RESPEC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer Project Manager to lead planning, design, and execution of complex mechanical projects in energy, wastewater, mining, and industrial sectors. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical leadership.

The role emphasizes client interface, proposal support, and growth through collaboration and problem solving. A PE license in PA is required with strong communication and drafting skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in energy/industrial projects.
• PA PE license required; WV license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of complex mechanical projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
