The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with 10+ years in MEP consulting, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP consulting and mechanical system design.
• Strong project management experience overseeing multiple complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design mechanical systems for diverse building types.
• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and contractors to define scope and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain QA procedures and ensure design documents are accurate.
