Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a full-time role focused on designing and developing precision fluid dispensing and metering systems. You will own mechanical designs from concept to production while collaborating with manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams.

You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to design verification, validation, and documentation in a hands-on, technically challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5–8+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Strong CAD and GD&T knowledge
• Experience with FEA/CFD and tolerance analysis
• Experience with FMEA, DOE, and root-cause analysis
• Experience with materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Strong technical writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own complex mechanical designs and subassemblies from concept through production
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical ownership
• Contribute to design verification, validation, and documentation
• Support continuous improvement and problem solving in regulated environments
