Motion Recruitment in Vermont is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join a team focused on precision fluid dispensing and metering systems. You will own parts of hardware design, testing, and documentation, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with embedded software and mechanical engineers, circuit design, PCB layout, debugging, and regulatory readiness. Onsite work with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in analog/digital circuits and signal integrity.
• Experience with PCB design and hardware documentation.
• Familiarity with test equipment and data analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with software and mechanical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems, circuits, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and cables.
• Develop hardware verification tests and test scripts.
• Collaborate with embedded software and mechanical engineering teams.
• Create electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Support product validation, verification, and regulatory activities.
• Provide technical support to customers and suppliers as needed.
