Wright Electric Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead motor and power system design. You will drive prototype and production builds, oversee parts sourcing, and manage full design life cycles from concept through testing.

Ideal candidates have a hands-on, assertive approach with strong communication and leadership abilities, enabling collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and GD&T with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience leading design or prototyping efforts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical design of power generation systems and components.
• Create drawings and source parts from fabricators.
• Build, integrate, and test motors, generators, and power systems.
