Job summary

Matrix PDM Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to perform advanced design and analysis, potentially leading disciplines on projects. You will coordinate with internal and external resources across multiple sites, including Tulsa, OK, to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, BS in engineering, and a strong grasp of piping design and equipment packages. PE certification is preferred and OA/CAESAR II skills are valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 5+ years related engineering experience with industrial equipment and piping systems.
• Strong knowledge of piping design principles and equipment packages.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety and core values.
• Acts as discipline lead on projects when needed.
• Develops knowledge of piping design principles and applies standard techniques.
• Coordinates tasks with junior engineers and staff.
• Assists in preparing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepares portions of project documents.
