Job summary

Matrix PDM Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to perform advanced design and analysis to support diverse projects. This role may lead a discipline and coordinate internal and external resources across multiple sites, including Pittsburgh, Houston and Tulsa.

The position requires a BS in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience, proficient knowledge of piping systems, and familiarity with industry codes.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 5+ years related engineering experience with industrial equipment and piping systems.
• Strong knowledge of PFDs and P&IDs; understanding of equipment packages and valves.
• Experience with CAESAR II, AutoPIPE is preferred; familiarity with NFPA 59A, ASME B31.1/31.3 is strong.
