Job summary

Leoforce in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our location in a hybrid role. You will hold a Wyoming PE license (or reciprocity) and bring 6–15 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience on complex facilities.

This leadership role offers fast-track advancement toward Principal within two years and opportunities to lead projects and client engagements. Responsibilities include running projects from design through construction, coordinating with architecture and MEP

Qualifications

• PE license in Wyoming or reciprocity is required
• 6–15 years of HVAC/building systems design experience
• Experience leading projects and client meetings
• Strong knowledge of Building Mechanical Systems and Codes/Standards
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through construction and coordinate with all disciplines
• Manage client meetings and oversee junior staff
• Develop HVAC design concepts, calculations, and narratives
• Support business development and RFP processes
• Mentor staff and ensure high-quality deliverables
