Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to join our team in a hybrid Dallas setting. You will lead HVAC design for complex building systems across commercial, healthcare, aviation, and high-rise projects, coordinating with architecture and structural teams.

The role requires 8–10+ years in MEP, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong client-facing skills. LEED credentials are a plus; excellent career development and full benefits await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET Accredited College or University.
• PE License Required.
• 8–10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems in an MEP/engineering consulting firm.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Commercial, Healthcare, Theme Parks, Federal, Aviation, High-Rise, Multi-Family projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for complex building systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate HVAC design with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
• Prepare engineering design calculations and system layouts.
• Support business development through RFP and client engagement.
• Engage with professional organizations and sustainable building initiatives.
