Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Colorado to lead HVAC design, oversee plumbing coordination, and supervise project teams from inception to closeout. The role includes preparing construction documents and administration, ensuring quality and schedules across complex built-environment projects.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of mechanical engineering experience, and a PE license following the NCEES exam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of eight years of experience as an engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have passed the NCEES exam and be licensed as a Professional Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Take any size project from inception through closeout, including scope, fee and schedule.
• Perform assignments that develop complex professional engineering knowledge and require independent judgment.
• Prepare reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and cost estimates; develop level II plans.
