Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Experience performing HVAC load calculations and equipment selections.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record and seal mechanical construction documents.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Skills

Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
