Job summary

Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC, based in Cocoa, FL, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design of ozone generator systems on-site. You will guide conceptual and detailed design, perform calculations, and ensure safety and manufacturability while mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate with sales, controls, and manufacturing teams, support prototyping and testing, and help define best practices for mechanical design within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine design and mechanical systems.
• Proficient CAD skills for 3D modeling, drafting, and design documentation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and schedules.
• Background in R&D related to mechanical systems or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of ozone generator systems and components.
• Perform engineering calculations and review CAD models and drawings.
• Select materials, ensure performance, safety, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with sales, controls, and manufacturing teams; mentor junior engineers.
