Job summary

Endeavour is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive hardware development for TurboCell and related durable goods in power infrastructure. You will mentor engineers, generate drawings and BOMs, and lead DFMEA/DVP&R efforts.

Applicants should have 10+ years in durable goods product development, with knowledge of NEC/UL standards and SolidWorks. Raleigh, NC area offers hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in durable goods product development.
• Experience with high- and mid-volume products, power equipment.
• Nice-to-have: Master's in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware product development lifecycle for TurboCell and other durable goods.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers on the team.
• Create drawings, BOMs and product data documentation.
• Perform product analysis, define testing parameters, and generate DFMEA and DVP&R.
• Upfit facilities for development and oversee prototype fabrication.
• Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with quality, manufacturing and vendors.
• Own processes supporting product development and engineering at Endeavour.
