Job summary

Endeavour seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support product development for Endeavour Infrastructure products and TurboCell. The role focuses on design, development, testing, CFD/FEA analysis, and prototype fabrication within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The engineer will collaborate with Quality, manufacturing, and vendors, ensuring documentation and compliance with NEC/UL standards, while contributing to the company’s sustainable infrastructure mission from Raleigh-based hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years in product development of durable goods.
• Experience with high/mid-volume products, power switchgear and power electronics.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Support the product development life cycle of TurboCell and other durable goods in the power infrastructure space.
• Generate drawings, BOMs and product data documentation.
• Perform product analysis, develop testing parameters, and generate DFMEA and DVP&R documentation.
• Upfit facilities for product development and oversee the fabrication of prototypes.
• Maintain clear documentation of activities and results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, manufacturing teams, and vendors.
