Endeavour Infrastructure, based in Marietta/Atlanta, GA, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team responsible for mechanical packaging, thermal-fluid management, and rugged enclosure design for multi-MW power conversion systems aligned with utility-scale energy storage, data centers, and industrial electrification.

You will work across electrical, firmware/controls, compliance, reliability, and manufacturing teams to translate concepts into robust, production-ready

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus).
• 10+ years of industry experience in mechanical design and packaging for power electronics, industrial, or energy products.
• Expert CAD and simulation proficiency across 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, NX, or Creo; strong physics/heat transfer understanding.

Mansioni

• Lead mechanical architecture and cabinet design for multi-MW industrial-grade cabinets and outdoor power equipment.
• Model, simulate, and implement advanced thermal dissipation systems using CFD/FEA tools.
• Design high-density electro-mechanical assemblies with EMI/EMC considerations and robust enclosure integration.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T; manage BOMs and ECOs in PLM systems.
• Support FMEA/DVP&R activities and prototype development through production readiness.
