Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• Approximately 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in machining/CNC, welding, metal fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Experience developing/maintaining work instructions, processes, and BOMs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork with production, quality, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and BOMs for build-to-print components.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly.
• Support NPI, expansion, and production ramp-up initiatives.
• Create and manage BOMs and manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste; pursue Lean/Kaizen.
• Assist with layouts, tooling improvements, and workflow optimization.
• Support engineering changes and ensure compliance with specs and quality.
