Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in mechanical design, tooling or hardware development.
• Experience in creating, reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings in 3D CAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical hardware for missiles and launchers across product lifecycle.
• Lead small teams and collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, operations and suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and manage tasks to meet schedule, budget and goals.
• Support product assembly and integration at domestic and international locations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in STEM
