Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
• 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer leading teams and client consultations.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona.
• Commissioning experience is a plus.
• Strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Bluebeam, HAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and develop the mechanical scope of work.
• Design, specify, and review mechanical system plans including materials, equipment, and code compliance.
• Support procurement and construction activities with field visits and issue resolution.
