Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a PE license for Phoenix, AZ. You will lead building systems design projects from concept to completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP design, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a proven ability to drive project execution while pursuing business development opportunities for the engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PE license.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering design experience in building systems and MEP.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and coordinating HVAC, mechanical, and/or electrical building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects from design development through completion.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and resources.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development, client satisfaction, and practice growth.
