Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical product‑development experience with ownership of complex assemblies.
• Experience from concept to detailed design, verification, release, and production support.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, DFMEA, and engineering change control.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations across teams.
• Advanced SolidWorks; PLM/PDM and formal release processes.
• Proven cost-reduction, supplier collaboration, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical work packages and allocate activities across the mechanical team.
• Develop and review redesign concepts for pack structures and related hardware.
• Drive design reviews, problem resolution, and cross‑functional decisions.
• Ensure designs maintain critical interfaces and backward compatibility.
• Review CAD, drawings, GD&T, tolerance analyses, BOMs, and validation plans.
• Coordinate FEA, CFD, materials, manufacturing, and sourcing inputs.
