Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of mechanical engineering leadership in capital equipment or automation.
• Bachelor's or higher in engineering from a recognized faculty.
• Proven ability to lead design analyses, risk assessments, and acceptance plans.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical direction of projects from concept to FAT/SAT.
• Interface with customers to capture needs and present designs.
• Develop 2D drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing deliverables.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform calculations to validate designs and ensure reliability.
• Conduct design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
