Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience designing HVAC and automatic control systems with energy modeling.
• LEED AP preferred; PE registration required.
• Ability to lead and mentor others in area of expertise.
• Strong communication with internal and external clients.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and documentation of HVAC systems and controls.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.
• Meet with clients and project teams to address mechanical issues.
• Promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in projects.
• Support goals, budgets and schedules; ensure quality control.
• Participate in recruitment and interviewing as requested.
