Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8+ years in engineering, preferably in product design in manufacturing.
• 1-3+ years of HVAC or airflow experience for HVLS fans engineering roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and use CAD standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, and improve products and components; prepare layouts and schematics.
• Plan and develop experimental test products and prototypes.
• Release final product for manufacture and distribution.
• Create product documentation and manuals; update as changes occur.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts design and cost reduction.
