Textron Systems is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III/IV to lead hardware development across the product lifecycle, from concept through lab integration. You will apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex mechanical challenges, perform detailed design and analysis with CAD tools, and mentor junior engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with CAD design using Unigraphics/NX and SolidWorks.
• Experience with mechanical analysis techniques (structural, thermal, vibration, tolerance).
• Mentorship and team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participating and leading hardware development across all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to develop practical solutions for complex Mechanical Engineering challenges.
• Performing detailed design of mechanical structures and subsystems using CAD tools, analysis, and human interface design.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Oversee engineering documentation, including specs, interfaces, drawings, and testing instructions.
