Qualifications

• CMRP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality diagnostic manuals for Generac products with OEMs and internal teams.
• Provide reliability, maintainability and serviceability input to reviews (CDR, PDR, SDR).
• Troubleshoot field issues with Generac products alongside Tech Support and Engineering.
• Propose design modifications to improve reliability within cost and performance constraints.
• Lead cross-functional projects and deliver effective solutions across product lifecycles.
