Job summary

HukariAscendent is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for FEA at Level 4 or Level 5 to join a multi-discipline engineering group in the Denver area. The role focuses on design, finite element analyses, and design reviews for complex equipment used with hazardous materials.

You will independently perform and lead analyses, generate specifications, fabrication drawings, and documentation; coordinate with cross-functional teams, support proposals, and potentially train junior

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science in engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
Level 4: minimum 8 years of job-related experience. Level 5: minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
Level 4: minimum of 2 years of FEA experience with Ansys Mechanical or Creo Simulate. Level 5: minimum of 5 years.

Responsibilities

Lead complete designs, finite element analyses, and design reviews on complex projects.
Produce design specifications, fabrication drawings and technical documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance and program management staff.
Serve as technical liaison to customers from quotation through final design and test.
