Job summary

On-site in Tewksbury/Andover, MA, the position requires DoD Secret clearance, strong CAD/PLM skills, and experience across the product lifecycle. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience spanning full product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Experience in mechanical design, materials, manufacturing processes, or related areas.
• Experience with CAD tools and PDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document components for defense systems per requirements.
• Serve as technical focal point on small mechanical or cross-functional teams.
• Support product integration across domestic and international locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
