Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) is required.
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• 3+ years of experience managing capital projects or equivalent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, specification, and procurement of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Manage capital projects from initiation to completion (scope, budget, schedule, execution, documentation).
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal resources during project execution.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for existing equipment and systems.
• Mentor plant engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
