Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of post-education engineering experience.
• Engineer license required.
• Extensive knowledge of building and infrastructure design and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical assistance for due diligence, design, development, and inspection of mechanical systems.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners and sub-consultants.
• Oversee cross-functional teams on multiple projects, including budgets, hours, and materials.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to address engineering issues and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and QA/QC standards.
